Application
Hanging extractors OBS are designed for effective removal of exhaust
fumes, emitted by the vehicles during the engine tests, adjustment and diagnostics.
They are applied in bus-depots, garages, car service stations and
workshops. The extractor can be mounted on a wall or supporting column.
It can work with a fan installed on a wall bracket or roof base.
Extractor can work with a fan fixed on a wall bracket or on roof base.
Moreover, the extractor can be connected to a collecting discharge ductwork.
The application of these extractors assure a removal of the whole
exhaust volume outside the building.
Structure
The extractor consists of balancer, locking pawl, wall bracket, tubular housing
with connection ferrule, and a hose with nozzle.
The balancing mechanism allows the hose to be pulled down manually
using small force, whereas the locking pawl stops the hose lifting – giving
the convenient nozzle position. After a manual nozzle disconnection – the
balancer lifts the nozzle to the home position.
