ERGO - extraction arm HANGING version

Structure

The ERGO extraction arms are designed for source capturing different gases dust avoiding their expansion in the room. The arms are manufactured in a hanging or standing version.

The use of self-supporting joints, flexible hoses, gas springs and smooth tubing guarantee convenient placement of the arm’s hood close the source of problem. Adequately adjusted frictional joints, allows to set desired tension of the joint. Arm tubing is made of stainless steel as well as joints which include friction discs.

For installing the arm on the wall or column serves the wall bracket, where additionally can be fastened appropriate fan or a connection ferrule.

Application: chemicals, medical laboratories, bio labs, clean rooms & food processing

ERGO - hanging version  
    1. 1 360° degree made of stainless steel.
    2. External arm supporting structure with friction pads
      for adjustment of tension of arm and stainless steel gas
      springs.
    3. Gas spring – made of stainless steel balancing the arm.
    4. Arm tubing – made of 304 stainless steel.
    5. External adjustable joint.
    6. Polyester polyurethane fl exible hardly infl ammable hose
      with spring steel wire, working temperature -40°C up to
      90°C.
    7. Arm tubing – made of 304 stainless steel.
    8. Shut-off damper.
    9. External hood joint enabling 900 arm maneouvering.
    10. Hood made of 304 stainless steel with diverter increasing
      capture spectrum.

The fan is fi xed easily to the mounting bracket. The housing and impeller of the fan is manufactured in stainless steel type.

Th e stainless steel metal hood can be angled 90° in any direction.

It is equipped with air diverter increasing the capture spectrum.
