Application

CARFLEX 200 are efficient hoses for transporting the hot gas, vapor and exhaust fumes of temperature up to 200°C, emitted by exhaust systems of vehicles. Due to the increased thermal resistance and wide range of diameters, the hoses are applied in various systems of exhaust extraction, as reel extractors, rail suction ducts, as well as for above floor and underfloor extraction systems.

Structure

The wall is of polyester fabric coated with neoprene. Additionally, reinforced with an external steel galvanized helix coated with plastic.
